MINDDATA provides personality profiling and employee assessment programs designed to assist employers when selecting employees for hire or promotion. The MINDDATA web site ("the Site") has been developed and designed to provide businesses and organizations access to resources and information necessary to make better hiring and employment decisions. In order to fully benefit from the resources and information made available to you within the site, we will require certain information regarding you and your business or organization. This privacy policy (the "Policy") was developed as an extension of our commitment to provide the highest-quality products and services in combination with the highest level of professionalism and integrity when serving our clients, web site visitors, and the companies, businesses and organizations they represent (herein "you"). It is important to point out that if you do not agree with the policy, you should not use the site.

I. Collection of Information
MINDDATA obtains information from and about you in order to provide you our products and/or services. This information may at times be considered "confidential" (information related to you, your business, your organization, your current or prospective employees or associates) and other times "general" (information that is generally accessible about your company or organization and normally considered public knowledge, but not information related to your current or prospective employees or associates). MINDDATA is the sole owner of all information (confidential and general) collected on the Site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in the Policy.
A. Confidential Information
MINDDATA obtains confidential information from and about our clients and visitors within several areas on the Site.
1) Register to become a MINDDATA Client:
There are two kinds of visitors to the Site: registered ("Clients") and unregistered ("Non-clients"). All visitors have access to some portions of the Site. Clients have access to all of these areas, as well as other areas that either currently exist or come to exist for the exclusive use by MINDDATA Clients. When registering as a MINDDATA Client you will be required to provide confidential company or organization information or data. As a Client your confidential information will be secured in order to protect your company’s or organization’s information and data, as well as the confidentiality and privacy of other MINDDATA Clients. During registration you will be required to provide MINDDATA company contact information (such as name, address, phone number, and email address). If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information will be used to notify you. When purchasing an item using a credit/purchasing card, you are given the option of saving your information so that you do not need to type it in each time you make a purchase. Choosing this option will save your credit/purchasing card information within your account in our database.

Instructions on how to implement these security features are available within all MINDDATA programs within the on-line User’s Guide.
