I. Collection of Information
MINDDATA obtains information from and about you in order to provide you our products and/or services. This information may at times be considered "confidential" (information related to you, your business, your organization, your current or prospective employees or associates) and other times "general" (information that is generally accessible about your company or organization and normally considered public knowledge, but not information related to your current or prospective employees or associates). MINDDATA is the sole owner of all information (confidential and general) collected on the Site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in the Policy.
A. Confidential Information
MINDDATA obtains confidential information from and about our clients and visitors within several areas on the Site.
1) Register to become a MINDDATA Client:
There are two kinds of visitors to the Site: registered ("Clients") and unregistered ("Non-clients"). All visitors have access to some portions of the Site. Non-clients can participate in surveys, polls, contests, and visitor forums but cannot purchase MINDDATA provided products or services. Clients have access to all of these areas, as well as other areas that either currently exist or come to exist for the exclusive use by MINDDATA Clients. When registering as a MINDDATA Client you will be required to provide confidential company or organization information or data. As a Client your confidential information will be secured in order to protect your company’s or organization’s information and data, as well as the confidentiality and privacy of other MINDDATA Clients. During registration you will be required to provide MINDDATA company contact information (such as name, address, phone number, and email address). We use this information to send you and your business or organization information about MINDDATA and to contact you about the products and services on the Site. This information is used for the purpose of categorizing data in order for MINDDATA to provide the highest possible quality services and products
2) Ordering Products and Services:
Included in the confidential information that MINDDATA requires is contact information (such as contact name and shipping address), financial information (like credit card number, expiration date), and company or organization information (such as industry type, number of employees, and branch locations). This information is used for billing and client account purposes used to register your account and fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the contact information will be used to notify you. When purchasing an item using a credit/purchasing card, you are given the option of saving your information so that you do not need to type it in each time you make a purchase. Choosing this option will save your credit/purchasing card information within your account in our database.
3) MINDDATA Profiling and Testing Programs:
MINDDATA’s profiling and testing programs require information or data on your company’s or organization’s prospective or current employees in order to administer the MINDDATA profiling and testing programs. This information (in addition to that previously stated in the Policy) includes contact information (like name, address, phone number, and email address), unique identifiers (like social security number), financial information (like account and credit card numbers) and demographic information (like city, state, and zip code). The administration of
MINDDATA’s products, programs, and services require what may be considered confidential information about prospective or current employees. Subsequently, MINDDATA has established various levels of security to "block" access to said confidential information from those staff members of your company or organization that you determine should not be allowed access. Instructions on how to implement these security features are available within all MINDDATA programs within the on-line User’s Guide.
4) Public Access Areas:
MINDDATA hosts or will host comment and response messaging for the use of our visitors and clients. Remember that any information disclosed in these areas is considered to be public information. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose anything about your company, organization, current or prospective employees.
5) MINDDATA Newsletters and Information services:
If you wish to request or subscribe to MINDDATA provided email newsletters or information services, we will require necessary contact information such as your name and email address.

From time-to-time we request information from visitors via surveys, polls or contests. Information requested may include contact information (such as name, address, phone number, email address, industry type, and number of employees)
